We chose this place based on the reviews. It's an enviable location with a sunset you can watch while you're sitting down to order. The meat was enviable; we ordered the mixed grill, with a special mention for the lamb. The wild boar ravioli were exquisite, and hard to forget. If the red prawn isn't on the menu, you should contact them. Everything was excellent, including the staff, and everything was served promptly.
A very welcoming restaurant, with very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Upon entry, the prominent grill is striking, tempting you to order grilled meat, but the rest of the menu is equally inviting. I had the pleasure of trying the sausages with pickled grapes, a traditional Umbrian dish revisited by the chef, who made it practically perfect. The wine list, while not particularly extensive, offers a balanced selection with a good mix of local, Italian, and even international wines. The price is appropriate for the quality of the products and service.
Lovely garden setting and wonderful, attentive waitstaff enhanced the entire dining experience. We had the Tagliate meat, fire roasted chicken and beef seasoned with rosemary. Our sides were roasted potatoes and radicchio. The radicchio was swimming in the most delicious basalmic vinegar. House red wine was blended and bottled by the owner and was very nice. Three generations, family owned and operated.
