The pinsa dough is exceptional, crispy and light. I was informed that the mozzarella fiordilatte is made with vegetable rennet, which is great news for vegetarians. The waiter was very helpful.

Excellent service, a beautiful and unique atmosphere, and the food was simply delicious! We had a pinsa rossa with prosciutto, a bufalina, and finally a chocolate cake—everything was excellent! Overall rating: 10 out of 10. When I return to Spoleto, I'll definitely have another dinner with you. Greetings to all the staff!

The appetizers were exceptional, with a selection of cold cuts and cheeses, the pizza was extraordinary, the pasta dishes excellent, and the truffle tartare was splendid. Excellent value and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended!
