However, Taco Vado sets itself apart by featuring dishes with pickled onions, a unique addition I haven't encountered before (even though I'm not a Mexican cuisine expert). The flavors at Taco Vado are different from what I'm accustomed to in Mexican food, but in a delightful way. I haven't tried any meat dishes yet, as I didn't see fish or poultry on the menu and I may have a sensitivity to beef. The seasoning is well-cooked, but be sure to specify how much hot sauce you’d like, as their consistency can vary. The staff at Taco Vado are friendly and appreciative of their customers, contributing to an enjoyable dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend giving Taco Vado a try.
