Subway
Description
At Downtown Subway, customer experiences vary significantly. While some patrons enjoy friendly service and well-prepared sandwiches, others report disappointing incidents, such as incorrect orders and inadequate responses to complaints. Concerns about food safety have also arisen, with one customer witnessing unsanitary practices. Though the quality of classic offerings like the tuna sandwich and refreshing beverages, such as spicy Diet Coke, receive praise, issues like long wait times, overpriced items, and dismissive management leave many feeling dissatisfied. Overall, the restaurant embodies a typical fast-food chain experience, with room for improvement in service and quality control.

Last night, before the Lady Zags basketball game, I ordered a footlong Black Forest Ham sandwich for my girlfriend and me for dinner. The cashier was friendly and thoughtfully labeled our sandwiches as "his" and "hers" to prevent any mix-up. On top of that, the sandwich was absolutely delicious!
It's a Subway, so you know what you're in for. The sandwiches are decent, and I haven't had any complaints. Oddly enough, I have a soft spot for their tuna—I never get tired of it!
Wish I could give 0 stars! Ordered sandwiches online for several employees, and when we got them back to work, realized the chicken Cesar didn't have chicken! How does that even happen? They put the meat on first! Called and was told that we would have to bring ALL of the sandwiches back or no refund for the ONE. We were at work and couldn't get back downtown, nor should that have been necessary. Should have just apologized and given a credit for the mistake on the sandwich. The manager was rude and could not have cared less. My employee got a lettuce sandwich and Subway got the credit card payment stopped on the order. Lose, lose. Way to go downtown Subway.
