Scratch is the city of spokane. it is a bit too foot from the central core of the city (maybe five minutes,) but well worth the walk. we were there twice and bo... read more Scratch is the city of spokane. it is a bit too foot from the central core of the city (maybe five minutes,) but well worth the walk. we were there twice and both paints really enjoyed the meal and wait personal. the couple of times we were there, it was very quiet with few guests. don't let it stand out because eating is great and the service is fun and that is what a restaurant should be. worth the walk.
