My family and I visited your establishment this evening because we had nowhere to enjoy our ice cream from Coldstone. Despite mediocre service and being asked to eat outside in 110 degree heat, we struggled to keep our treats from melting too quickly. I had a pretty typical experience, but at the cash desk the worker put their own tipp on the fee before I paid, as the total price was several dollars more than usual, and after I paid, they immediately threw away the quitting without asking if I wanted a kopie. not a big thing, but I had never experienced anything like that and it was kind of a shutdown. probably not back to this place. I have visited this restaurant multiple times and the server, Nyla, is incredibly friendly and makes the best sandwiches. She always asks how my day is going and treats everyone with kindness. We need more workers like her in the world.
Most subway staff seem to hate their jobs, but the guys working here were really nice and made sure they got my order right
I asked for southwest sauce, dude with the tats puts on sriracha. I asked again if I could get southwest cuz that was the wrong sauce and he just looked at me and put more sauce over the top. Nice.The new guy was asking questions and trying to be better and the girl and tats guy didn't seem interested in teaching him and instead were unhelpful. Made me feel bad.
My Subway account was hacked and someone placed an order for a footlong and a six inch sub. When I called the restaurant, the employee I spoke with was absolutely incredible. She took my information, called the authorities, and did everything in her power to help rectify the situation. She deserves a raise!
