When I tried to purchase a brownie for my child, the server refused to serve me because I had touched one of the pre-packaged brownies on display. This was unnecessary and rude. After ordering drinks, we waited for our lattes as the server chatted with her friend instead of attending to us. When I finally asked about our drinks, she acted as if I was inconveniencing her. No apologies were given for the delay. It is clear that this restaurant needs to improve their customer service and overall experience if they want to succeed.
