Normally I do t have any problems with this store however service was terrible. They had a huge batch of online orders and a long line out the door but choose to focus on online orders more than the line forming inside the store. Took me 40 minutes to get food when normally I'm in and out. I am not okay with that. I understand fulfilling online orders but when you have customers standing in line for more than 10 minutes that not acceptable
Seriously it's one job! If you order teriyaki chicken, it's chicken and the sauce! How can you forget the sauce and then not deliver it!? It ruins the entire dish. Obnoxious!
