They had a huge batch of online orders and a long line out the door but choose to focus on online orders more than the line forming inside the store. Took me 40 minutes to get food when normally I'm in and out. I am not okay with that. I understand fulfilling online orders but when you have customers standing in line for more than 10 minutes that not acceptable
