Fizzie Mulligans has been a staple in the area for quite some time. Upon entering, it felt like every customer was familiar with one another, waving and chatting across the dining room, which made me think they must all live close by. Great Taco Tuesday specials. Usually very busy. Mandy is a great waitress but during the rush it's too much for one person.
