This place takes it up so many notches, I don't think I'll ever eat a taco from anywhere else again. This place is unforgettable! Perfect portions, excellent cocktails, quick service, presentation beyond sharp. This place is unforgettable and my new favorite.

Cochinito not only made that part enjoyable, but the drinks, food and service were exceptional. Tonight was our first time in, it was VERY busy, and every member of the team were on their toes, making success happen. I think they have a real success here, in a spot in Downtown Spokane, where many have failed before. This is not a Mexican restaurant, not even a taco restaurant. It is a place where you can get great flavors, satisfying portions, and terrific bevies too!
