These people know their way about hospitality! I am not one who serves himself, standing in the line to order places. Cochinito made this part not only pleasant, but the drinks, food and service were exceptional. Tonight was our first time in, it was very busy, and each member of the team was on their toes so that success was done. I think they have a real success here, in a place in Downtown Spokane, where many have... View all feedback.
What Ashley B doesn't like about Cochinito:
We come here often usually have only good things to say about it but last time we were there the older lady taking our order was pretty rude. We got 10 street tacos with 5 drinks and it was well over $100. We asked for another small taco shell for the leftover meat and the older lady wanted us to get back in line to pay for a soft shell. What a delightful taco place in downtown Spokane. Got some drinks and food with my coworkers and had a blast. The food was first one of the best tacos I have ever hadFood: 5/5
Happy hour, $1 off all items— this means $3ish for tacos Very flavorful, I went with the carnitas taco(8/10), carne asada (favorite9/10) and a fried maiitake mushroom taco (6/10) I also ordered the horchata, (4/10) not a fav, but okay. The tacos were delish I wish it was warmer though, seemed a little cool on temperature.Very nice eat in lobby, great customer service. Would come back despite the temperature (I’d risk it for the flavors ?? ?)Overall I give this place a 8/10 (okay Keith lee, chill out) and would come back for the carne asada tacos.
Hands down, the best tacos I’ve ever had. Like Michelin star food status. We intentionally book our travel through Spokane vs Seattle for these amazing tacos, as well as the charming Spokane atmosphere.Highly recommend the following order for one person (with an appetite):1. Lamb taco2. Chorizo octopus taco3. 20 hour meat taco4. Fried (Spicy) Mushroom taco ??When we first came here last year, we only ordered one of each to share and it was a big mistake you will want to finish eat taco yourself. The flavor is so good. Also, the girl that served us, made a mean, spicy fresh margarita with a Tajin rim. ?? Highly recommend it.If you have time to try this place go out of the way for it. It’s well worth it.You’re welcome. ?
10/10 food and drink has pescatarian and vegetarian options. Very much joyed the Horchata cocktail so good. I had the fried mushrooms taco and the rockfish taco equally amazing.Food: 5/5
Oh man! Delicious pescado tacos w gorgeous watermelon radish and spicy mango sauce on homemade corn tortillas. Also had kids cheese quesadilla, swoon. Cheesy, a bit of saltiness, crispy flour tortillas- yes! Had a mixed berry aqua Fresca as well, refreshing!Hip atmosphere with music to match. Great staff, helpful friendly. A place to stop, for sure.
