I've never had a negative experience at... read more The cashier was generous enough to allow me to use her phone to call Dave's Trucking to help unlock my car this morning. I've never had a negative experience at this gas station; I'd give it 10 stars if I could! It's always clean and organized, with a wide variety of coffee options and delicious food.

I visited this gas station to fill up and paid $40. I only used $36.01, which is clearly visible on my app, but they refuse to refund the difference. I've called multiple times, but the staff told me to speak to a manager on Monday. However, when I did manage to reach a manager, they insisted the issue was with another location. Unfortunately, that location didn't answer my calls either. I'm really frustrated with the service I'm receiving. I even went out of my way for 2 miles to go to Casey's for the points, and it feels like they've taken nearly $5 from me. To make matters worse, they overcharged me for my items, including accidentally charging me for an iced coffee instead of a medium drink. Overall, I'm very disappointed. Service rating: 1 star.

The staff seemed uninterested in serving customers or putting in any effort. I'm usually a big fan of Casey's, but if I continue to encounter experiences like this, I won't return. Additionally, everything that was advertised on the front of the store was unavailable. Is this false advertising? Food: 1 Service: 1
