Omg, it took us over twenty minutes to get service, only two women work and the place was packed!!! Ten people went out who couldn't be waited, then the waitress was a young big girl who could wait five seconds to get our order. Then the prices were outrageous, the least to say!!! Wow, we waited over twenty minutes for service, and there were only two waitresses working in a packed restaurant! Ten people ended up leaving because they couldn’t get help. Our waitress was a young woman who seemed to take her time getting our order. To top it off, the prices were outrageous—especially for downtown Chicago! It felt more like a small town than a major city. The owner really needs to invest in better customer service; having more staff on a Friday night is essential!
