This diner in Sparta is considered one of the best kept secrets. It is a cozy, family-owned and operated establishment. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. However, be prepared for a longer wait time as the food is not served quickly. If you enjoy dining at old-fashioned diners, this is the perfect spot for you.

I ordered a basket of fries and my mom ordered a burger and fries. They were delicious! Mary, our server, was also very friendly and it turns out she is from my hometown.

My wife and I dined at Sparta Grill today and we were thoroughly impressed! The owners have done a fantastic job preserving a piece of Sparta history with some modern touches. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, which were cooked perfectly and flavorful. The staff was friendly, engaging, and grateful for our business, making us eager to return. I highly recommend Sparta Grill for those looking for a nostalgic dining experience at a local establishment that has been around since 1954.
