I’m sorry, but it seems like you really need an experienced person on-site to manage the orders. It's unfair to the inexperienced younger staff. There’s absolutely no place in Spanish Springs for good pizza. We stopped ordering from the Pizza Factory because if I have to reheat the food every single time, I might as well just get a take-and-bake option. Ridiculously unorganized. Its a shame this location has no standards. Other locations are extremely fast with great customer service. This location falls into the same category as the other fast food restaurants in Spanish Springs embarrassing. Updated 11/4/2020 Ron the manager does his best to keep his customers.
