Ridiculously unorganized. Its a shame this location has no standards. Other locations are extremely fast with great customer service. I’m sorry, but it seems like you really need an experienced person on-site to manage the orders. It's unfair to the inexperienced younger staff. There’s absolutely no place in Spanish Springs for good pizza. We stopped ordering from the Pizza Factory because if I have to reheat the food every single time, I might as well just get a take-and-bake option. It was an impromptu decision to grab pizza but we enjoyed it very much! Service was good and they were busy.
The kids there are stealing from the register. Was charged $38 for three mediums. Was told over the phone discount was to be applied. I heard the young girl ask her manager if she could discount the order, after i explained i was told over the phone. she was told only on one of the pizzas. Full price for the others. They keep the extra money that was paid in full, but on the register they input in discounted prices. Probably only $7.99 per pizza.
I am so disappointed in Papa Murphy?s here near my home on Pyramid! I ordered a Hog Heaven pizza tonight with extra ham extra cheese and we didn?t get either. The pizza was dry and blah! I also ordered a garden salad which I ended up throwing in the garbage because the lettuce was brown and wilted! I won?t be going back!

Service could if been better but, the young lady for being by herself worked fast and made the pizza look wonderful.
