Unfortunately, Lorie from Customer Service didn't handle the transaction properly. When I inquired if a manager might have more information, Lorie insisted, "No one would know better than me." Neither Karoline, who I initially checked out with, nor Lorie offered to call a manager to try and resolve the issue, even after I requested it.

I bought a bag of Brussels sprouts yesterday, and it was completely filled with mold. It's one thing for a few pieces to be spoiled, but this was mold throughout the entire bag. Absolutely disgusting. Please improve your standards.
