The sea... read more I quickly stopped by Mousetail for a cup of coffee, based on a friend's recommendation. The service was fast and friendly, and the coffee was excellent. The seating area was busy, so I opted for a takeaway. In my opinion, this is the best coffee in the area. I will definitely be coming back!

After asking for my coffee to be served h... read more I don't see the point in pretending to care about what the customer wants and then completely ignoring their requests. After asking for my coffee to be served hot, I was told that everyone has a different definition of "hot" when it wasn't. This was the last straw for me. I had already experienced a request for sweetener instead of sugar being brushed off as unusual, and witnessed a staff member signaling for a customer to come to the counter to pick up their food instead of having it brought to their table. I decided to leave and found a cafe on the High Street that actually caters to their customers and offers sweeteners.
