I ordered a combo meal with a Dr. Pepper and two regular vanilla... read more On March 26th, 2024, around 6:04 PM, I visited the drive-thru at Jack's in Southside, Alabama. I ordered a combo meal with a Dr. Pepper and two regular vanilla milkshakes. As I was enjoying my shake, I reached the last third and discovered a strange chunk in it. Upon closer inspection, it looked like a piece of raw meat, roughly ¾ inch by ¾ inch and about ¼ inch thick. (I've attached a picture for reference.) This experience completely ruined my appetite and left me feeling nauseous. I’ve tried to call the store at least 11 times, but every time it only rings once before hanging up. I would appreciate it if you could contact me, as I am willing to bring in the foreign object for further investigation.

The restaurant is always immaculate and sanitary. I highly recommend this restaurant.Parking: Ample parking on either side of the restaurant. Can accommodate 18-wheelers, RVs and, yes, even the National Olympic Team -GO Team USA!Wheelchair accessibility: You can roll to your heart's content.

I had found a curly hair in my food (chicken finger plate) and since then I haven’t ate there since. Over all I had no issues before the incident I would just recommend checking your food before eating it.
