VERY RACIST business. Do not eat or stay here. Was treated extremely poorly and actually had multiple very racist and completely unacceptable comments made to me by staff. Their service and racist attitude was unacceptable. I have never been treated sopoorly by a business before. I was appalled by how disrespectful they were consistently throughout my meal for no reason otherthan the color of my skin. Our whole party was well dressed in jackets/dresses and was extremely respectful throughout the mealuntil we reached a point where I couldn’t help but calmly ask our waitress why I was being treated differently than otherguests because of my skin she then proceeded to make multiple racist jokes and tell me I should exit through the back of therestaurant because of my race the manager then came over a few moments later and insulted us one more time for good measure. Thefood was mediocre at best. Definitely not worth supporting a business that treats people like this. We are ALL human beings.
The restaurant is phenomenal. Cocktails and mocktails were both delicious, the duck tot was an incredible bite, the fish is fresh and so well done, and we are still remembering the desserts to each other (lava cake and strawberry sponge cake were our choices, but it appears you can’t go wrong on the desserts)
This place is great and is the perfect North fork spot especially if you stay out east on long island. The vibe is romantic with the dim lights. The staff is friendly and personable the food and dessert is amazing. This is a must go on the North fork Service: 5
Not terribly impressed. When we made our reservation we were asked if we were celebrating a special event. Yes, our 25th anniversary. Not even “happy anniversary” was extended. Lacking attention to detail. We felt service was rushed and we arrived precisely on time for our reservation. Salad before dinner was delicious as were the oysters. The pork loin was over cooked as was the of duck breast that was ordered. I ordered the pork med and the duck was ordered rare. Oddly it was a half of a duck breast and the leg. Why serve a half of duck breast? My husband literally left hungry. Our bill was 400+ including tip. Not worth the .
While this place is very nice, the cocktails were the size of a thimble. They also charge $22 for a vodka soda. They actually added $5 for club soda in addition to the vodka soda. The veal was like rubber. Inedible. This place is overpriced for what you get. Disappointment. Service: 3
