I went to get an iced coffee and Miss Norma was incredibly kind and understanding. They had run out of small ice cups, which is what I wanted. However, this woman quickly solved the problem and I still got my small iced coffee. She didn't let the issue disrupt her work flow. She acted quickly and efficiently. What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
I have given this Dunkin' Donuts multiple chances, but the service has been consistently poor each time. I worked for this company for three years and I have never seen such terrible customer service and maintenance issues before. View all feedback.
The first day I went, they shoved a half a dozen donuts into one bag. They were ruined. I mean, donut mush. I also ordered two cappuccinos, and they gave me one and then made me wait over 5 minutes for the second one. Okay, everyone gets a free pass once, right?The second day I went, my kid's hot chocolate tasted like someone whispered chocolate to hot water, and the chai had so much mix in it I looked like a goat trying to swallow it. I paid in cash, and an employee handed me bills and change. I took just the bills and said please hold on, one second, and she barked a terse thanks and threw the change in the tip jar, slamming the window shut. Ignored me. They slapped together two drinks unworthy of the name, I want my 87 cents. I am not sorry.Third and final visit this morning-please understand, I'm a mother of five, it's the closest by far- they had no food. At all. They were only serving beverages and they said it was because they were short on staff, but there was three people on the floor as always. Surely a bagel could have been thawed. A cup of sprinkles. Chips?Dissatisfied. A bit.
Whoever’s working at 3pm (same time multiple times) hates making food and will lie to customers, saying that the oven is “off”. Not broken, not being cleaned, just “off”. I would highly suggest looking into this, you are losing a lot of business money.
Service going downhill. Past few visits order was incorrect today didn't know coffee had no sugar until I was almost home. Not worth turning around for.
Workers are incompetent, brainless, fake eyelash wearing brats.
