Green tea here is amazing much better than the fake ones in London!! Very strong and bitter taste absolutely amazing when it absorbs into the warm sweet pancake and chocolate toppings
Never failed but unfortunately all toilets we 'Not In Use '. Would 've stayed longer and had 1 more round of drinks but no toilet means can 't stay for long.
They were very very busy when we came, still we only had to wait a few minutes. Drinks are fantastic as expected. It’s a great place in my opinion. They’re slightly expensive tho.
Very shocking and sad experience. Went to the store today with my daughter like we always do when in Southampton to get her bubble tea. She was not feeling well and collapsed while waiting for her drink. Luckily I caught her and wanted her to get outside for fresh air as that store has no ventilation and always feels like a sauna. What was sad and disgusting NO STAFF could help just to open the door or checked if she was okay just carried on and just left her drink on the counter to get hot. Clearly making money is more important that basic human decency even thou I was a paying customer. Never ever will I support this store again. Joke is they just watched as she collapsed absolutely disgusting!!!!
Extremely Disappointed After 3 Years of Loyalty I’ve been coming to this place regularly for the past three years, but what I witnessed recently was unacceptable and deeply disappointing. Last night, there was only ONE staff member working the entire night shift — dealing with a long queue of waiting customers, frustrated and understandably upset. It was absolute chaos. I even saw two customers swearing at the poor staff, who was clearly overwhelmed but still doing their best under impossible conditions. This is not just unfair to customers, but incredibly unfair to your staff. How can a business operate like this, especially when you’ve had much better service standards in the past? Are you cutting corners at the cost of both your workers’ well-being and your loyal customers’ patience? Please take this seriously. Staffing one person for a busy night shift is irresponsible. I sincerely hope this is addressed immediately before more customers (and employees) walk away for good.
