We have attempted multiple visits hoping for the restaurant to return to its previous level of service, but each time we encountered issues such as missing orders, cold food, and indifferent staff, especially at the front desk. This is a busy, bustling, noisy TGI Fridays, just off junction 9 of the M27 at the Segensworth end of Fareham.
Food: 3/5 Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 3/5 average food (half of the menu was not available - got an OK filet with average tasty fries, no UK-beers), service ok,

The restaurant has gone downhill, the food is very poor and gave me a bad stomach.
