I believe I visited the drive-thru on one of the busiest nights. It took about 30 minutes from the time I placed my order to when I reached the window to pick it up. I ended up placing an online order while waiting in line. However, when I arrived at the window, they handed me the wrong order. Thankfully, they quickly fixed the mistake, and I was soon on my way. I give this restaurant a well-deserved 3 stars. I believe it's unrealistic to expect every fast food place to achieve 5 stars. This KFC is adequate for what it is.
