The popularity of the place is a good sign; you know the ceviche is incredibly fresh, prepared right before your eyes, and you can customize your order to suit your taste. The regular-sized to-go box had plenty of ceviche, making it perfect for two people to enjoy a hearty lunch or dinner, especially with a bag of tortilla chips (which they also sell) for scooping up the ceviche.
