On The Border Mexican Grill Cantina

I will definitely go back! The bartender, Elizabeth, was very attentive and friendly, and the drinks were excellent. The atmosphere was really comfortable, with great DJ music. I stayed at the La Quinta Inn, and since everything is connected, it felt like a great idea to check out the bar. The terrace is beautiful, and you can enjoy a lovely view of the sea and the stars at night. Hilton and La Quinta Inn did a fantastic job connecting everything—I'm in love with it!

The staff here is friendly, attentive, and helpful. You can choose from various seating options including booths, tables, bar seats, and counter-height tables. They serve good food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. While the service can take a little longer than expected, it's definitely worth the wait. The parking lot tends to be crowded with guests from the Hilton Garden Inn. If your stay at the Hilton includes complimentary breakfast, you'll be served a delicious breakfast from the restaurant. Keep in mind that some dishes can be spicy, depending on your taste preferences.

It took a little while for our food to arrive since the restaurant was quite busy, but overall, it was a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was fantastic, and both our food and drinks were delicious. Additionally, our bartender, Liz, was incredibly friendly and enjoyable to chat with. I will definitely be coming back!

Good restaurant in general. Food is greasy. If you are not used to it, it can cause you to be sick to your stomach. Nice place. Friendly staff but lack of prompt service, they are a bit slow when you order something. They require tips of 18%minimum. Varied lunches: Omellets, Eggs to taste, fruit, pancakes, waffles, refried beans. Lunch and dinner. Similar case,varied food but all greasy. People coughing possibly sick of something and don 't wear a mask. Nobody says anything to themeither, there were people coughing in the restaurant and nothing happened. Nobody told them anything.

The food was hot, fresh, and super flavorful. Everything was delicious. Staff was very friendly and attentive. They also have the best chips ever! Their margaritas were also really good, and strong. My only criticism is to maybe offer different types ofsalsa with the chips they only have one kind, which was way too spicy for me, but my husband seemed to like it.
