The food was tasty and a sensible portion. Husband disappointed there was only bottled beer.
Cheery friendly staff, a bit new here, means they can forgive to get the cheesecake taste wrong. good eating, although in baba ganoush lack and too much mint sauce on the lamb were the only ones to shy. fabulous steak pie and desserts were glorious
Four of us went to dinner, it turned out that there was “Steak Night” with various combinations of steaks, side and sauces in the offer as well as the usual a la carte menu. I decided to have the lammage served with maic and red wine jus and crispy vegetables. the other three had steaks. all the main things were delicious. we also went for the puddings that were delicious. the service was great and the wine list was cheap. everything in all delicious food, efficient and friendly service and a great evening. ps book or you will probably not come in!
Overall the ambiente was good and the personal friendly. they served us quickly and very helpful. the portions are also very generous. I'll give him a four-star.
Had the cake oh the day that was great, a bit over boiled, but manageable, personal are friendly and welcoming. just down that there was no design beer
