We liked it so much in September that we returned during half term break. This time we stayed 2 nights on a deal that had dinner on first night with 2 glasses of prosecco included. Yet again the meal was delicious and we enjoyed our evening. We had a bottle of wine with our meal, so that was all we had to pay for. The restaurant is an absolute rip off. You're better off going into to town, and there are plenty of better restaurants at much lower prices. We had: a £30 steak, which was super below average and quite chewy. On top of that, we asked for medium rare, but got it well done instead. Poor menu choice, I think the chef must be stuck in the 80's, but without the fun aspect.... Veggie options seem to be what the sheep eat outside...
