What User likes about The Hoops:
had a super dinner for Valentine's Day yesterday complete with pink prosecco and a red rose : . probably the best rogan josh I've ever tasted and the heavenly bakewell cake is to die. thanks! View all feedback. What T J Brown doesn't like about The Hoops:
Excellent, friendly service. Very basic, bland food. Wetherspoons quality. Not what I would hope to have on a rare meal out. Might as well get an Iceland frozen meal on the way home. Cut the menu by half and keep the things that are home made and let chef enjoy experimenting making these yummy. Nice place for a drink. Very friendly Food: 2 View all feedback.

read moreNestled in a cozy setting, The Hoops pub offers a welcoming atmosphere and friendly service that make every visit memorable. While some dishes may hint at a homier touch, many plates shine with flavors that guests rave about, particularly the acclaimed Rogan Josh and exceptional pizza. Generous portions are a highlight, especially the impressive ploughman’s lunch, while festive offerings, like the delightful Christmas dinner, have left patrons eagerly planning return visits. With its blend of traditional charm and excellent cuisine, The Hoops reflects its motto perfectly: enter as a stranger, leave as a friend.
