Pizza is delicious, but their customer service is atrocious! I needed to call to ask for no cheese on a pizza due to a dairy allergy, so I called to make the adjustment-as I was unable to add a note on doordash. I called the restaurant 18 (EIGHTEEN) times, to no avail. I also called a different location for assistance, and still could not reach anyone. This place is amazing! They always deliver high quality service, kindness, and satisfaction. Highly recommend. Barely review, but I promise at any hour this place doesn?t disappoint.
This restaurant has the most terrible service. Our pizza was ready for 5 minutes and nobody bothered to inform us. We sat there waiting without any update. Only when I inquired about the pizza did they mention that it was ready. Furthermore, the pizza itself was a soggy mess. I would have much preferred to have tacos instead.
Matt was fantastic. He was very attentive and knowledgeable about Boston culture. I would definitely purchase from Matt and the rest of the Otto staff again. The restaurant is also very welcoming to children.
I have never tasted their pizza before, but after waiting for 1.5 hours without receiving my order, I will definitely not be ordering pizza from Otto again.
I’ve never personally been to this Otto’s but had amazing customer service from the new manager Matt. He’s was so kind! It’s nice to see that genuine people still exist. ?
