I live on this side of town and it's pretty much a food desert if you don't want to drive to Grape Road and want anything besides fast / chain food.
We get takeout here a lot (weekly) and while their food is ok, one thing it is NOT is consistent.
Met my daughter here for lunchService was badWe had a waiter and a waitress in training Neither were very attentive or friendly.
