The Exchange Whiskey - South Bend

Below average but it honestly was not my scene. Everything I considered on the menu was grossly overpriced imo. It's a bar in a old bank and that was odd and difficult to find. Their outdoor signage could certainly use work. Our party of 5 had three different servers and though I told the last one that we were all separate, we were still only brought two checks. It was eventually straightened out but was an unnecessary delay and hassle. I would not recommend.

Ambiance is nice, but service is always so slow. Had 1 drink in a 2 hour time span, and not enough attention given to patrons who sit at the tables. It's also not very clear on if a server will be around to assist or not upon walking in. Makes for an irritating experience.

Was looking for somewhere new to go on Valentine’s Day and found this place! Wow! What a great decision! The atmosphere was cozy and perfect for me and my date! The old fashioneds were amazing along with the charcuterie board that we had! The waitress was also very friendly and wonderful! Another plus was the the history of the building! We will definitely be back! Thanks Whiskey Exchange Bar for a perfect Valentines Day!

I went to the Exchange Whiskey Bar on Monday and it was not a planned trip. The assistant manager was the one to serve me. She knew what she was talking about lead me to the path of a drink that I really enjoyed. Looking forward to going back again. Sure the price might scare some but you actually getting twice the amount of booze than what you would get anywhere else. Plus no headache or hangover the next day was nice. Thank you for opening my taste pallet to better whiskey!

Shelby was an amazing bartender- made one of the best old fashioned I have ever had. Although it was crowded we received our drinks quickly and with fitness. I always love the atmosphere of this place and the consistency of the food and drinks!!!! I almost feel like I’m back in time
