We decided to try this restaurant while on business in Soufflenheim. We had driven past on many occasions but had never stopped. This will change. La Petite Hermine is not fancy just good menu built around a wide variety of both sweet and savoury crêpes. Did I mention the micro brewery beers on offer? Yes, real beer in Soufflenheim served with your meal! This is good enough for 3 out of 5 right there..........hahaha!... View all feedback.

Warm welcome, succulent crêpes and the price is very affordable. We paid for people with salted pancakes of sweet pancakes. I highly recommend
