We decided to try this restaurant while on business in Soufflenheim. We had driven past on many occasions but had never stopped. This will change. La Petite Hermine is not fancy just good menu built around a wide variety of both sweet and savoury crêpes. Did I mention the micro brewery beers on offer? Warm welcome, succulent crêpes and the price is very affordable. We paid for people with salted pancakes of sweet pancakes. I highly recommend
Very friendly reception, friendly atmosphere and delicious dishes and very well cooked. on the pictures: Gumn/moutarde and salads and hach pinard/ef meat on buckwheat crpes. miam and organic cider a rgal for taste buds. I recommend! good ratio qualit/prix

Nice little restaurant where you eat good pancakes...enough choice for all tastes...there is good cider! Good value for money
