Noodle Eighty Eight is a solid choice. I enjoyed my order, though a few dishes didn’t quite match my expectations. Some menu items lean heavily toward Asian fusion, whereas I was hoping for more traditional dishes with authentic flavors. The owner is very friendly, and the restaurant is clean.
I absolutely loved the food! We sampled the beef noodles, spicy wontons, wonton soup, and popcorn chicken. I did wish the popcorn chicken included basil, which is usually part of the authentic Taiwanese version. The service was fast and efficient, and the waiter even packed our leftovers for us right at the table. Overall, the food was outstanding!
