This place is pretty good. I liked what I got, but some of the articles were not exactly what I expected. I think some of the menu elements weigh hard on the Asian fusion side when they should be traditional dishes with traditional taste and falvors. The owner is very nice and the store is clean. What User doesn't like about Noodle Eighty Eight:
I ordered my usual shrimp here. But this time I tried to think the Dan Dan Noodles would be similar to Hans Dynastie in the restaurant of the old town of Philly. The noodles were more of a Tai-Pfanne noodle, flat and thin, not the plump round sticky noodles with genuine chopped pork not crumbled ground pig. I would strongly NOT recommend getting this court. The General Chows Chicken and Mongolian beef court were good... View all feedback.
Best takeout round, made by the nicest people! My wife enjoys the chicken pillow Thai. I enjoy the chicken lo mine normally, but the General Tso is also great!
We have the chicken of General Tso, the rice noodles w/chicken and the small pancakes. It was phenomenal! Local small family businesses and portion sizes were worth the price. We had enough for dinner and lunch tomorrow! Will we be absolutely back?
Love the food. We had beef noodles, spicy wontons, wonton soup and popcorn chicken. I wish the popcorn chicken had basils as the authentic Taiwanese style. Yet the service was quick and efficient. The waiter actually packs our leftover in front of us. the food was excellent.
Very friendly staff who are very proud of what they offer. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Looking forward to making this our go to place! Thank you so much for a great meal.
Absolutely delicious. For only $8.88 lunch special you get an entree, salad, and noodles. It seems small at first but in the end it's actually really filling. They have chocolate fortune cookies which is a nice change of pace. Wait staff is very kind and speedy. I got my food in under five minutes.
