Nous nous sommes trouvés à Sorèze le lundi 14 aout suite à une visite au musée du bois de Revel.Nous désespérions de trouver un restaurant étant passés sur Saint Féréol ou tout semblait bondé.Et là, dans cette petite rue, ce restaurant nous a accueilli malgré l'heure de midi bien avancée. Une entrée correcte sans plus (assiette de charcuterie).Le lapin conflit qui nous a été servi n'avait de confit que le nom ! Les légumes en accompagnement (haricots verts et ratatouille) étaient visiblement des légumes en conserve.Le dessert (crumble à l'abricot) manquait de saveur et de croustillant et était totalement froid.Nous avons bu un vin rouge (Cahors) excellent.Au final, un cadre fort sympathique et un serv... Very Surprise to read your good comments on reception and quality!! Perhaps today was not the good day, but we will not return!!! Yes, very atypical places only point with which I am ok ... (although not very clean) on the other hand, a reception and a service leaving more than to be desired, a great coldness, arrogant, reflections to the questions of customers on the sanitary pass (uncontrolled) and masks! Choose a omelette for 2 people served in a dish with a serving for 1 person 1/2.... , hot, half cooked and white... at the same time 30 €... with a vulgar salad of sachets... Dessert to 6 €, chocolate cake served with 2 C a soup (not more ) of English cream without any taste.... To finish CB... and no goodbye... We're not coming back to Fuire!
Nice place, simple but good kitchen. A kiss, however, the Illuminati and the Bugarach aliens who want to save us, worry the boss. Not to mention the fears expressed and false about migrants...

Very good! Copious foie gras, traditional bread, pleasant menu, quality service, unique stone frame and wood and curiosities!! An old saddlery. I recommend
