I don't even live on the island, but I've made it my mission to visit Sooke every summer just to indulge in these treats. We tried the Salted Caramel with Chocolate and a Lavender flavor, and both were fantastic! Honestly, I’m sure any flavor would be delightful because the quality of the ice cream is just SOOO delicious. I can't wait to enjoy these again very soon!

The owner is exceptiona... read more This place is definitely worth the trip for an afternoon ice cream treat! Everything is made from scratch and tastes absolutely amazing. The owner is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. There are a few lovely spots outside to sit and enjoy your ice cream sandwich. My only concern is the size of the ice cream sandwich. At $9.50, you get a generous portion, but we all found it to be a bit overwhelming. None of us in my group could finish it, and we ended up tossing about a quarter of it because we just couldn't eat any more. I would have preferred a smaller size at a lower price. However, despite that, I highly recommend making the drive to check it out!

I've traveled extensively and enjoyed many delicious ice creams, but this one stands out remarkably. The flavor combinations are unique and surprising—like the Coriander Raspberry flavor we tried. The sweetness is just right. If you love ice cream and find yourself on Vancouver Island, you absolutely must seek out this hidden gem!

Mouette was an ab... read more These ice cream sandwiches are to die for!!!! My husband and I loved them so much we had them for our dessert (instead of cake at our wedding! Mouette was an absolute gem to work with she was so sweet to us, even gave us a couple free ice cream bars when we arrived to pick up our order day before our wedding : The ice cream sandwiches were a huge hit with everyone our guests LOVED them! Our venue cut the sandwiches into smaller pieces so everyone could taste multiple flavours. It worked out perfectly.
