What El Vano doesn't like about Portec:
Very rude and unprofessional staff, a welcome of 0. They rudely told us to sit outside under the water and to wait for the arrival of a waitress who never arrived. After 12 minutes of waiting we found ourselves having to leave, very disappointed! Not recommended Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 View all feedback.
