The location is unique, built over the flowing stream of an old mill with glass walls and floors. The food presentation was a “spettacolo” in itself and the chef took a personal interest in each customer. The location is off the beaten path but it adds to the intrigue and I highly recommend this restaurant.

Soltojo is a guarantee. The atmosphere and staff are very welcoming. Dining at this restaurant is a truly magical experience, the waterfall providing the backdrop for an evening you 'll never forget. But the star of the dinner is undoubtedly the menu. You can choose à la carte or indulge in the various tasting menus. Each course has its own story, the dishes are created with meticulous care and precision, and the pairings will leave you speechless, not to mention the delicious welcome entrees and the small pastries to finish. As I was saying, this restaurant is undoubtedly a guarantee. Highly recommended.

The atmosphere was refined and elegant, and the menu offered a wide selection. I didn't have much time, so I just had an excellent rice dish, the best I've ever had in a restaurant. The service was prompt, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
