Updating a previously review they got three stars a star for every day Maritza is working she is quick she talks and she smiles other than thatNo one smiles there...also after you pay and get my drink I was told there is no crunch for my caramel ribbon crunch drink.would not have ordered and waited for it View all feedback.
I faced issues with my orders including incorrect charges missing items. Despite repeated attempts to resolve through customer service,phone calls in-person visit,my concerns weren’t addressed.
They can't redeem points but I says u can on the app. I don't like this place and they didn't want to fix it
I use to go there and get ice water for 30¢.They later increased the price to 75¢ and only small cups.Clearly the ppl in charge in this train city franchise chose GREED than peacefully hydrating those that were financially disadvantaged.Mind you, I'd get the occasional coffee but once I told them how precious water was they increased the price of water.Knowing the disadvantaged are forced to purchase TAP WATER really speaks volumes of this covetous Starbucks because all but this one isn't compassionate enough to provide something as simple as H²O.A COMPANY UNWILLING TO CARE IS UNWILLING TO LOVE

The service here is unwelcoming and the baristas are always downright miserable. You will literally be standing there getting fully ignored. Even when you are the only person standing. This is on multiple occasion that's why I'm writing this. The most recent is what stood out the most. First, the girl drawing on a cup, she has the most uninviting face as if I was interrupting her creation. I put two drinks in but only receive one. The second time I ordered an drink which was not complicated at all but the girl was trying so hard to up charge but while I'm standing their and the value was still I had to pay $5.41 ., Then she had explained o her colleague how to make the drink and tht didn't go well.the drink I ordered it entailed frozen fruit but the barista didn't add none. So I'm being patient the whole time the experienced took 15 minutes from placing the order and receiving it. When there is no other customer at the counter. My drink was not what I order at all. Did not have ftoEn fruits so I asked , the lady at the counter was like drink some than I'll put the fymeuit . I replied just pour some out. I was no being Rude the whole time. On a serious note the older women that seems to be there majority of the time when I visit and I've learned she needs barista training .
