What Lauren Renfro likes about Out of the Blue:
Fairly decent spot in the Cambridge/Somerville area. On the smaller side so definitely had to squeeze through between chairs. Extremely sweet staff, though the food was probably of middling quality. Still, the spot is good and enjoyable. View all feedback. What Tracey Johnston doesn't like about Out of the Blue:
Not great, not terrible. Fish, pasta, etc were unremarkable. Haddock was a bit tough but tasted decent. Also, we had to send a glass back to the kitchen due to an impressive amount of old lipstick on it. It’s surprising it wasn’t caught sooner. A lot of other restaurants in the area are better. But, their mushroom appetizer was good. View all feedback.

I always like the Sidecar cocktail. After appetizers, this time both of us got the pasta puttanesca. The sauce has a nicely balanced flavor.
Food was AMAZING! And you can’t beat the price! Our waiter was very attentive. Will definitely be back!

read moreOverall, Pampano restaurant in Midtown Manhattan offers delicious and creative Mexican seafood dishes, with the shrimp quesadilla being a standout favorite. The homemade guacamole and fries are fantastic, and the consistency in quality makes it a great choice for lunch or dining with business partners. The ambiance is excellent, especially when sitting outside on the deck. While some reviewers had mixed experiences with service and food at other restaurants, Pampano stands out as a hidden delight with fantastic drinks, ambience, food, and service. The portions are generous and reasonably priced, making it a top choice for delectable seafood dinners. If you are looking for a memorable dining experience with fresh and tasty options, Pampano is definitely worth trying.
