They exchanged glances before the woman rudely responded, "Well, next time be sure to let us know before we start making it, okay?" I was taken aback since I had clearly communicated my request. I explained that I did mention light ice, and she retorted with an attitude, "Yeah, I didn’t hear you say that, so...". At that point, I felt very disrespected as a customer and apologized for her not hearing my initial request. Then, she went on to say that it wasn't her responsibility since she wasn't the one making the drink, implying that it was insignificant to her. I tuned her out at that point because I just wanted to get out of there. Overall, it was a terrible experience. This was only my second visit to this location, and it will likely be my last.
One of the worst Dunkins I have ever been to. I don't remember the last time I had come across an employee so rude. It was like she was doing me a favor by being there. She was an older-middle aged woman whose name started with an A. Not a smile, not a nothing. I tried to small talk her to be nice as she prepared my food (took forever) and coffee (terrible btw) and very slow. She was just plain rude. She should not be in any customer service job whatsoever. Will never be back!!
The teenage girls working were more concerned with talking with their friends who were visiting than focusing on my order. When I got home to eat my egg sandwich it was cold. Plus none of the staff were wearing face masks during pandemic.
When a restaurant is managed by its owners, it's not unusual to experience some drawbacks. The coffee I received at 7:06 am was stale and watery, the egg on the croissant was cold, and the iced tea had a flavor like it had been brewed the day before. I didn't sample any food until I arrived at my destination, as it was a mobile order. Furthermore, they have their reward offers disabled for items that aren’t available at their location. If you mention this to them, they will acknowledge the issue and offer a complimentary item.
