Midici
Description
Tucked away in Assembly Row, this restaurant presents a mixed dining experience. While the vegan options, including customizable pizzas and enjoyable bruschetta, are a highlight, some patrons have encountered service and food inconsistencies. Complaints of cold dishes and incorrect orders dampen the atmosphere, even as others praise the ambiance and outdoor seating. Affordable prices draw visitors, particularly for casual lunches. While the pizza offers a nostalgic nod to Italy with its thin crust, patrons are divided on overall food quality. For those dining with non-vegan friends, this spot remains a decent choice, albeit with caution advised.

After reading some negative reviews, I was uncertain about trying this place. However, I was pleased to find clear vegan options on the menu for building your own pizza, including vegan sausage, red sauce, and vegan cheese, along with regular vegetable toppings. They also offered a vegan appetizer, the bruschetta. It turned out to be a nice spot to visit after a movie, as it wasn't too crowded and I didn't have to wait, especially compared to some other nearby options. While the selection isn't extensive, it's still a decent choice, particularly if you're dining with non-vegan friends.
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible, and honestly, the pizza wasn't great either. Our order took an eternity to be taken, and when it finally arrived, it was mistakenly delivered to the wrong table. The diners at that table said they wanted to return it, and the waiter struggled to figure out which pizza belonged to us. Additionally, the waiter couldn't identify which pizza was the vegan option, so I had to ask others to taste them to find out. It was also difficult to get the waiter's attention when we wanted to pay the bill. Overall, it was a gloomy atmosphere, and the vegan pizza I received was not the one I ordered. I wouldn't recommend eating here.
I would recommend visiting this restaurant if you're not vegan. The pizza is decent, and I was really pleased to see that they offered vegan cheese as an option. Overall, it wasn't the best pizza I've ever had, but it certainly wasn't bad either.

It’s a nice spot to visit after a movie, as it wasn’t too crowded and didn’t require a long wait, unlike some other places nearby. I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was incredibly slow, and my pizza was not impressive at all. It took forever for them to take our order, and when the food finally arrived, it went to the wrong table. The people at that table claimed the pizza was theirs, so the waiter had to go around trying to figure out who it belonged to. To make matters worse, the waiter didn't even know which pizza was vegan, so I had to ask my husband to taste it to identify it. Once we were done, it was difficult to get the waiter’s attention to pay the bill. Overall, it was a gloomy atmosphere, and they didn't have the vegan cheese I requested. Plus, some parts of the pizza were overly soggy. I wouldn’t recommend eating here.
