I happen to be working in the area the day I stopped in for a bite. Little did I know this was going to be become my go to spot for the foreseeable future. Not only is the food awesome, the service was great and it was so clean you could eat off the floor. You can tell whoever owns it, truly loves what they do. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I can't drive past either location (Bow Market or Charles River Speedway) without treating myself to a lil Buenas ️ Every single empanada is delicious. I'm shocked by some of the reviews claiming they are small? Idk where yall are getting your empanadas typically but these are sized normally. I think maybe we're just so accustomed to larger portions in America? Regardless, the only reason I'm ever upset by the size is because they are delicious and gone too soon. Solution? By two! The owner is the kindest and her staff are incredibly sweet. Definitely recommend everyone support Buenas. And often! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

These are empanadas with a twist. They are AMAZING. I love that the flavors constantly rotate. If you are feeling some type of way about it, don’t come here. The owner puts in a lot of effort energy into each recipe. Keep doing what you’re doing Buenas team!

Thank you for reminding me of the flavors I can find back home here with your delicious, hand-made empanadas. The dough is high quality, and they have plenty of flavorful filling. I also appreciate the effort in making new innovative fillings available, which are perfect to share with family and friends.Bonus for me was to find you in a specially difficult time of the year in Boston for Latin American foreigners (hint: dark, cold, gloomy winter), and just walking into your cozy business and seeing products and words such as “chimichurri”, “pebre” and “alfajor” truly warmed my heart.Thank you. Keep up with the good work!
