We had the best meal in a long time. Steaks were perfect, our waitress excellent and knowledgeable. Great ambience too. And those chocolate vodka shooters....

If you enjoy meat; then this particular Hussar grill will always meet your high expectations.<br/ <br/ It is refreshing when the front of house staff are able to engage and impart the perfection of the meat, age, cut, preparation, and carry across the dedicated excellence in preparation of the kitchen.<br/ <br/ Whatever you order is perfectly prepared. Even the accompanyments are delciously prepared.<br/ <br/ I travel very frequently, at times times twice weekly, from Durbanville to waterstone Hussar grill, for their perfectly aged, tender Rib-eye steak. Never once been dissapointed there. You don't even need a sauce. The prepared taste of the quality of the grilled meat, is perfect just as it is too. On route from Durbanville to Hussar grill at waterstone.....I pass easily 10 or more good steak houses and grills, for the reason that excellence cannot be replaced by convenience.<br/ <br/ Staff attentive, yet never intrusive. Good choice of wines and quite frankly, whether a relaxed meal out, or a business engagement, it is the perfect setting which compliments them both.<br/ <br/ No matter where you are, the trip or journey for that matter to Hussar grill Waterstone is well worth it. Good service lovely atmosphere. Lovely tomato soup starter and decent coffee and chocolate vodka for dessert.Well received and a good menu to choose from.

Best steak I had in years. Made to perfection. Thanks for the special treatment last night. Loved every moment. Compliments to the chef!! Malva-pudding with custard/chocsauce and ice cream was to die for!!!!

Incredible value, excellent food and brilliant service. Would definitely recommend.
