We have tried most of them. 16 stands out for the quality of the food and the attention that the wait staff has for each of their customers. Alexandra and Paco take care of your every need, free spanish lessons included. The fish dishes are fresh and prepared to your liking. My wife is gluten free and Paco helped her negotiate the menu. Entrees are plentiful and tasty. House wines are excellent and the pour is generous. Our favorite spot on the plaza.
