Deciding to be strategic about this, we went in mid aft... read more We had been keen to sample the paella, the speciality of Restaurant 16, but we could never find a table. Deciding to be strategic about this, we went in mid afternoon to have a drink and book for the following evening. We caould not have been made to feel more special by David, who was on duty during the afternoon, he was a true gem. We returned on the evening to an equally warm welcome and we enjoyed an excellent paella and truly wonderful service from the entire team. It was a very special evening.
