What Jack Philpott dislikes about Kismet:
4 of us went last night . It was late and I 'm assuming the staff were waiting to go home because I 've never had service as bad as that . The waiter just put the meals on the table without asking who had ordered which one ,glared at us while we were eating,and when we paid the bill didn 't even give us any change . When I asked where the change was he said something like it 's over there and his mate handed us some money not the right amount rude and arrogant.

Has to be one of the most tasteless Balti’s I have ever had very watery and completely bland We had a chicken and lamb and both tasted like water

We have been visiting his restaurant for years for any and all family occasions. It is hands down one of the best Indians I have ever eaten at. The staff are always friendly, attentive and happy to help. What I appreciate is you don't feel like you're being watched by staff like I do in many Indian restaurants. The restaurant is always clean and doesn't feel cramped. My only criticism is the toilets feel like they could do with an update but they're good enough. We have been many times and will definitely be back many more times.
